Our machine CEM-V-MAP’s components are totally consist of stainless-steel.
Operation system : Plastic trays which filled in advance , are put to machine’s hole by employee. Rotary-table on machine is being turned manually. The machine does vacuuming automatically. After that machine apply nitrogen gas. Automatically the machines cut lid from roll and sealed. Ready cups are taken out manually. This machine is not a standart machine. First of all we are supposed to know cup size and production rate per hour. It can be designed for all kinds of trays.
Product packet is vacuumed or preserved with preservative gasses such as nitrogen or food gasses depending on the nature of the food to be packaged to enhance the colour, freshness and shelf life of foods that spoil easily due to pressure.
